These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ProfileBoost (the "Service"), operated by [BAMAS — insert full legal entity name and registered address] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does — and doesn't do

ProfileBoost generates ready-to-use post ideas, review reply suggestions, and reminder emails to help you manage your Google Business Profile. The Service does not connect to, log into, or post directly to your Google Business Profile or Google account. You are responsible for reviewing and posting any generated content yourself. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of Google LLC.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure.
You're responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by a team member you invite.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

Free trial: new accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Premium features. No payment method is required to start a trial, and it does not automatically convert into a paid plan — after the trial, your account simply reverts to the Free plan unless you choose to pay.
Paid plans: Premium is available monthly (₹299) or annually (₹2990), billed manually — there is no automatic recurring charge. You'll receive a reminder before your plan expires, with a link to renew.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms.

We may change our pricing with reasonable notice; changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

4. Referral program

If you refer another business owner using your referral link, and they create an account, you'll receive 30 days of Premium access, added to your account automatically. We may modify or end the referral program at any time, without affecting rewards already granted.

5. Team access

An account owner may invite one teammate to share access to their businesses, generated content, and plan. The account owner is responsible for the actions of any teammate they invite, and can remove that access at any time from the Team page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service (for example, attempting to overload or attack it);
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Content ownership

You own the specific business details and generated content associated with your account. We own the underlying templates, software, design, and branding of the Service. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated content for your own business's marketing purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Generated post and review-reply content is a starting point, not guaranteed advice — you're responsible for reviewing it for accuracy and appropriateness before posting it anywhere. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome (such as increased visibility, calls, or reviews) from using the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfileBoost and [BAMAS legal entity name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [India — specify state/jurisdiction, e.g. "India, with courts in [City] having exclusive jurisdiction"].

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
